Retail
Multi-store retail — merchandising, stock policies, DC replenishment, markdowns, click & collect and till cash.
Available with the Retail module. POS receipts themselves live in Sales → POS Receipts.
Merchandising (/retail/merchandising)
Mid-market range / space / calendar / buy tooling on top of store ops (not SAP CAR / genetic assortment optimization):
- Store clusters — group stores (e.g. flagship vs convenience) for shared assortments and planograms.
- Assortments — per cluster, product or category roles (
core/expanded/never). Activate & apply seeds or deactivates store stock policies. Active assortments also filter DC→store replenishment (never = excluded). - Planograms (lite) — facings + capacity/min by product or category; apply writes capacity into store policy max/min.
- Size curves — share % across size SKUs (must total ~100%); attachable on stock policies for pack-aware planning.
- Seasonal buys — buy window + target receipt qty by SKU (optionally tied to an assortment).
- Promo calendar — read-only union of Sales promotions and Retail markdowns (including markdown ladder steps) for a date window.
Stock policies (/retail/stock-policies)
Per-store min/max (and optional reorder / pack multiple) per product that drive replenishment from the distribution centre. Can be seeded from assortments and planograms.
Replenishment (/retail/replenishments) — SRR
Generate DC → store transfer proposals from policies with fair allocation when DC stock is short; respects active assortment “never” roles and rounds to pack / product order multiple; release creates stock transfers.
Markdowns (/retail/markdowns) — MDK
Plan price reductions across stores and dates; optional ladder steps (deeper discounts on later dates) resolved at till time; track margin vs clearance.
Click & collect (/retail/pickup-orders) — PCKUP · stock ↓
Online/phone orders for store pickup or ship-from-store: reserve store stock, pick & hold, mark ready, complete (decrease stock) or cancel uncollected orders. Cancelling releases the reservation.
Customer e-mail when ready. Marking a click & collect order ready e-mails the customer that it can be collected. The e-mail lists the order number, store name and address, items and quantities, and the collect-by time (the end of the reservation hold). The customer shows the order number at the counter.
- Recipient: the order's customer e-mail, otherwise the partner's e-mail.
- Language: the partner's language (English or Macedonian; other languages fall back to English), as with document e-mails. Orders without a partner get English.
- The order records when the e-mail was sent, to which address and by whom. The order panel shows this with a Resend button.
- If there is no e-mail address, the order still becomes ready and the panel shows a warning to contact the customer another way.
- Ship-from-store orders send no pickup e-mail.
The e-mail uses a built-in system template; it is not edited under E-mail templates.
Till cash (/retail/cash) — TIL / TBD
Tills per store; till sessions (opening float, cash drops, end-of-day count, variance) and bank deposits of takings; fiscal day per till. New sessions post cash movements to the general ledger (till cash, cash in transit, over/short, then bank on deposit reconcile) when the till session / bank deposit document types are set to post.
