Finance

General ledger, budgets and controlling, fixed assets and IFRS schedules, cash and bank, receivables and payables tools, reporting, consolidation, country tax packages and audit export.

Available with the Finance module. Posting journals and approving documents are separate rights you grant per role.

Overview (/finance/overview)

Cash today morning home: cash in bank, due in (receivables) and due out (payables), overdue on both sides, net position (cash + due in − due out), and a Who to call list of customers with the largest overdue balances. Charts show cash by account and open/overdue mix for AR and AP. Quick links to bank registers, payments, aging and collections.

Ledger setup

Chart of Accounts (/finance/accounts)

Parent accounts (groups) and sub-accounts. A sub-account keeps its parent's type and normal balance. Types are asset, liability, equity, revenue, and expense. System keys mark the accounts posters use. A country pack seeds the statutory chart and keeps those system-key mappings. Protected: system accounts and pack mappings cannot be deleted or remapped; accounts with children cannot be deleted; accounts with postings cannot be deleted, and their type and normal balance stay as posted.

Cost & Profit Centers (/finance/cost-centers)

Dimensions for P&L by department, project or profit center (cost, profit, or both). Selectable on journal lines, purchase lines, goods issues, payroll and budgets. Map each cost/profit center to a reporting segment when using document splitting. A center that already appears on a journal or budget can be deactivated, not deleted.

Segments (/finance/segments)

Reporting segments for New GL–style document splitting and BS/P&L by segment. Create codes (e.g. Domestic / Export), keep them active, and assign them on cost centers (and optionally on journal lines). A segment used by a journal, cost center, or splitting rule can be deactivated, not deleted.

Document Splitting (/finance/document-splitting)

Company settings for SAP New GL–style splitting on journal post:

  1. Enable document splitting — on post, derive segment on every line (cost center → ordered rules → default segment).
  2. Zero-balance clearing — when on, add clearing lines so each segment nets to zero (requires a clearing GL account).
  3. Require segment on P&L and/or balance-sheet lines — post fails if a required line has no segment after derivation.
  4. Derivation rules — ordered by position; match by account type (asset / liability / equity / revenue / expense or all). Source: cost center, constant segment, or default segment.

Needs finance.document_splitting.*. Segments need finance.segments.*.

Statement Versions / FSV (/finance/financial-statement-versions)

S/4-style financial statement version hierarchy for Balance Sheet and P&L. Seed statutory FSV builds trees from CoA statement_line (cash, receivables, non-current assets, COGS, …) and activates them. Balance Sheet and P&L attach the active FSV tree when present; flat section totals still use the five ledger buckets.

Period Lock (/finance/period-lock)

Period status calendar (open / closed / locked), unlock requests, and year-end carry-forward. A closed or locked period cannot be edited or deleted; reopen it through an unlock request. The month-end checklist itself lives on Close Cockpit — use Open Close Cockpit (or the per-month link) to complete tasks before locking. Locked periods refuse postings; unlock needs the accounting_period_unlock approval. Closing or locking from this page still shows live cockpit task progress when a close run exists.

Year-end carry-forward. After the fiscal year is ready, Carry forward FY … posts a journal that zeros remaining postable revenue/expense YTD balances into retained earnings. That removes the Balance Sheet Net Income (YTD) equity plug for that year (P&L accounts are closed; RE holds the result). Idempotent per company/year.

Close Cockpit (/finance/close-cockpit)

Single month-end / year-end close board for company and group. Reusable templates with owned/reviewed tasks, due offsets, and dependencies. Each period opens a close run automatically (monthly job + on board open).

  • Manual tasks — checklist notes/attachments, preparer sign-off, then a different reviewer (SoD). Tasks with a screen link open that workflow from the board.
  • Automatic tasks — run accruals, depreciation, leases, FX revaluation, material ledger, or lock period from the cockpit; result marked done or failed.
  • Status board — progress, overdue, blocked, timeline per company and group. Overdue/assigned tasks also appear on Today and Control Tower.
  • Lock gate — locking the accounting period is blocked while required close tasks are open, unless an authorized user overrides with a reason (finance.close_runs.override).
  • Balance sheet reconciliation (/finance/balance-sheet-reconciliation) — one reconciliation per balance sheet account (or mapped group) and period. The source follows the account (bank statement, open items, stock valuation, asset register, VAT, payroll, till count, loan schedule, or a manual proof). GR/IR, suspense, and clearing must be zero. A zero difference on an automatic source is prepared automatically; a key account still needs a different reviewer. Differences under the company materiality can be prepared with a short note. Click the difference to see the items behind it. When the company setting is on, period close stays blocked until every key account is reviewed and every must-be-zero account is zero. The cockpit shows progress (reconciled / total). Reopening the period reopens its reconciliations. Export a PDF or Excel pack for the auditor. Needs finance.balance_sheet_reconciliations.*.
  • MK year-end template — North Macedonia companies get a December checklist (depreciation, FX, accruals, inventory count, bank + BS reconciliations, VAT returns, payroll + МПИН, provisions, intercompany, даночен биланс, Central Registry, carry-forward, formal closing/opening journals, open new year, file/lock). Status uses live data where the pack can evaluate it.
  • Group close — can only finish when every consolidatable member company close is completed. Consolidation’s Group close tab deep-links here (no second checklist).
  • History — close duration by period and which tasks are usually late. All sign-offs and overrides are audit-logged.

Needs finance.close_runs.* (and finance.close_templates.* to edit checklists).

Budgeting & controlling

FP&A Planning (/finance/planning) — PLC / PLV

Driver-based budgeting and forecasting (mid-market mix of SAC versions, NetSuite GL seed, and Infor scenarios):

  1. Create a planning cycle (budget / forecast / reforecast) for a fiscal year.
  2. Edit the working version: drivers (e.g. headcount, avg_salary), monthly worksheet lines (manual, driver formula, or annual spread), optional % allocations across cost centers.
  3. Seed from actuals (prior-year posted journals), Recalculate driver formulas, Run allocations.
  4. Workflow: draft → submit → approve/reject → lock. Publish to budget writes annual totals into the operational Budgets store used by commitments and Budget vs Actual.
  5. Clone a what-if version to compare scenarios; Plan vs actual shows monthly variance against the live ledger.

Needs finance.planning.* (approve to publish). Operational annual budgets remain on /finance/budgets.

Budgets (/finance/budgets)

Operational planned amounts by account and cost center (annual). A new budget is draft. Activate and Close are the only status changes. Prefer building plans in FP&A Planning and publishing here for controlling.

Commitments (/finance/commitments) — BCM

Confirmed purchase orders reserve budget; posting the invoice converts the commitment into spend.

Budget vs Actual (/finance/budget-vs-actual)

Budget, commitments, actuals and variance by account/cost center against the published operational budget.

Long-term assets & obligations

Fixed Assets (/finance/fixed-assets)

Asset register with straight-line book depreciation schedules; period posting Dr Depreciation expense / Cr Accumulated depreciation. On North Macedonia companies, tax depreciation (амортизација) follows Уредба 277/2019: straight-line on acquisition cost at the nomenclature group rate (seeded asset classes MK-1.1…MK-5); optional +50% rate increase per asset (чл. 4); mid-year put-into-use is day-pro-rated. CIT adds back only the excess of book depreciation over the tax maximum — never a separate tax deduction above what was booked (чл. 9). Posting the CIT accrual stamps tax accumulators. Use recalculate tax depreciation (preview first) to rebuild accumulators after method changes. Cash payments above the company cash limit (Accounting settings; default 180,000) are blocked for MK companies. A new asset is saved as draft. Activate is the only way it becomes active. Dispose (sale or scrap, with a date and proceeds) is the only way it becomes disposed: depreciation stops, and one journal removes the cost and accumulated depreciation from the asset class accounts. When depreciation was credited to more than one accumulated-depreciation account, each account is cleared by the amount posted to it. The journal also posts the gain or loss. A closed period rejects that journal. A disposed asset cannot be edited. Status cannot be set on create or update. A period run skips an asset already depreciated in that period and records a depreciation run for the period.

Revenue Contracts (/finance/revenue-contracts) — RVC

IFRS 15: performance obligations, allocation, billing vs recognition, contract asset / contract liability postings.

Leases (/finance/leases) — LSE

IFRS 16: right-of-use asset and lease liability schedule; interest and depreciation postings.

Accruals (/finance/accruals) — ACR

Multi-period accrual engine for prepaid expense, accrued expense, deferred revenue, and accrued revenue. Pick balance-sheet and P&L accounts, cost/profit center and project, then schedule straight-line by month (last period absorbs rounding so the schedule totals exactly) or a manual amount per period. Use Spread over periods on purchase invoices, sales invoices, supplier contracts, and revenue contracts to open a prefilled accrual form. A daily job (and Run periods) posts due lines through normal journals; if the scheduled month is closed/locked, the line is posted into the next open period with a catch-up note and appears in the Caught-up postings list. Estimated accrued expenses settle when the real supplier invoice posts: the estimate-vs-actual difference is posted to GL, shown on the item and in audit history, and the invoice clears the accrued BS account. Deferred/accrued revenue accruals and IFRS 15 revenue-contract recognition cannot both cover the same contract or sales invoice.

Loans (/finance/loans) — LON / LOD / LOR

Borrowing facilities with drawdowns (Dr Bank / Cr Loan payable) and repayments (principal + interest), outstanding by lender.

Journals & ledger

Journals (/finance/journals)

Manual and system-generated journal entries (draft → posted). Manual journals pick accounts, dimensions and partner per line; must balance. Reverse creates a mirrored posted entry and is available only for manual journals (no linked document). Journals posted from an invoice, payment, receipt, or other document reverse only when you cancel or storno that document — reversing them from the journal screen would clear the GL while leaving the document posted. If the original period is closed, the reversal is posted on the first day of the next open period, and the memo says why. It is never posted into the closed period.

Opening balances (/finance/opening-balances)

Cutover batches for a go-live date: trial balance, customer / supplier open items (invoices, credit notes, advances), opening stock, fixed assets, and bank/cash. Prefer the guided wizard under Master Data → Data Import (same steps as catalog import, with cutover date and Post). This Finance screen lists batches for review and Reverse. Download a CSV/XLSX template, upload → map columns (with mapping confidence) → Validate → Post. Uploads share the catalog file parser and skip footer total rows. Unknown partners, products, or warehouses on open-item / stock files are listed as will be created on validate (no writes until you Accept creates and Post; legacy code stored for rematch). Entries are dated the day before the cutover. Nothing is written to the ledger until post. GL posts only through CreateJournalEntry (MK label: налог за отворање) against the opening clearing account (residual ≤1 unit of currency can go to opening-balance offset). Control accounts on the trial balance (AR, AP, inventory, FA, accum. depreciation) are stored as targets, not posted lines — those come from the open-item, stock, and FA imports. Open items become real posted invoices / credit notes / advances (aging and payable), flagged opening_balance, excluded from VAT returns. Partly paid open invoices book the full original against clearing, then an opening allocation for the paid slice (clearing ↔ AR/AP only — no Payment, bank, or cash movement). Stock creates layers at the given unit cost. One posted batch per type per company. Reverse is allowed only while those invoices are unpaid and stock layers are unused. After post, the batch shows a summary of GL vs AR/AP/stock totals.

Go-live reconciliation

After opening batches are posted (directly or via the Go-live package under Master Data), run go-live reconciliation: clearing must be zero, trial-balance targets must match AR/AP/stock/FA (and bank/cash where imported), import counts are recorded, and five random partner statements (IOS) plus five stock cards are attached for spot review. A password e-signature on a passed run marks the company go-live signed and unlocks operational invoice posting. While the company is in migrating mode (first opening batch on a greenfield company), posting sales or purchase invoices is soft-blocked until sign-off; an administrator can override the gate with a logged reason. Companies that already have non-opening posted invoices never enter migrating mode. Late year-end changes use a delta (or correction) opening batch of the same type without reversing the original opening.

General Ledger (/finance/general-ledger)

Posted movements by account with running balance; drill to source documents. All accounts shows one summary row per account (opening / debit / credit / closing); expand a row to load that account’s lines. Large PDF exports run in the background and notify when ready.

Universal Journal (/finance/universal-journal)

Every posted line with GL account, partner, cost center, segment, project and source document on one row — pivot or filter by segment after document splitting.

Cash & bank

Bank Registers (/finance/bank-registers)

Bank and cash movements. Bank fees for the last six months are totaled from the posted general ledger, by the bank account on the other side of the fee, and a cell opens the lines. The cash overview shows this month's fee total. Each line: date, amount, direction, counter-account, partner, reference. One side is always the bank/cash account; the other is the account on the line. Partner on a line applies FIFO to open invoices, but AR/AP in the ledger is touched only if you choose those accounts. Import statement reads camt.053, Stopanska StatementRs XML, MT940, CSV, XLSX, and text PDFs (ProCredit, NLB, and other MK bank layouts). Use XML when the bank does not offer a PDF. Preview the file before it is saved. The account on the file must match the bank IBAN or account number. If the opening balance is not the previous closing balance, the import warns you. The same statement number or the same line is skipped and shown as a duplicate. Opening balance plus the lines must equal the closing balance, or the import stays blocked. CSV and XLSX columns are mapped once and saved on the bank account. Statements from ProCredit, Stopanska, Sparkasse, NLB and Halkbank already match the usual columns (датум, долгува/побарува, примач, цел на дознака, повикување на број, почетна and нова состојба). A fee column (провизија) is kept out of the lines when the debit and credit columns already balance. When the fee was charged to the account, it is imported as its own line and posts to the bank fees role. NLB and Halkbank files have no opening or closing column: the previous closing is the opening, the closing is calculated, and the import says the balance was not verified by the bank. Matches stay in review until you confirm that closing balance. Macedonian amounts (1.234,56) and dates (dd.mm.yyyy) are accepted, including Windows-1251. A text PDF is read with layout; a PDF that cannot be read that way goes through the same extractor as invoice OCR, is marked from PDF, and stays in review. Nothing posts until you accept a match. Small differences within the bank's write-off tolerance post to the cash over/short role on the bank statement document type. Set the bank IBAN before importing.

Bank Reconciliations (/finance/bank-reconciliations)

Per bank and statement date: tick the posted register movements that cleared until the difference to the statement ending balance is zero, then complete. Ticking does not change posted registers.

Statement lines. Import a statement as Statement for reconciliation (lines stay on the statement) or as Bank register lines (each line becomes a draft register line). The reconciliation lists the bank's statement lines up to the statement date.

Auto-match scores candidates for every unmatched statement line. The amount must match exactly and the direction must agree.

  • Posted register lines of the bank within ±7 days (the API's date_window_days changes the window). A closer date scores higher, and so do a reference found in the line note, a payment number or an invoice number from the allocation.
  • Open invoices: sales invoices for incoming lines, purchase invoices for outgoing. These score on invoice number, supplier invoice number, Swiss QR reference (QRR), ISO 11649 RF reference, MK payment reference (invoice digits in the structured reference) and due date.
  • Several open invoices of one partner whose amounts add up exactly to the line. The search is bounded to the partner's 12 oldest open invoices, up to 4 per match.
  • Counterparty: the IBAN matches a partner bank account (stronger) or the name matches the partner name.
  • Rules (see below).

A line is booked automatically only when it has exactly one high-confidence candidate (score ≥ 70) that no other statement line also claims. Everything else shows as suggestion chips with a reason, for example "Amount and invoice number match", plus Accept and Dismiss buttons. Dismissed suggestions stay hidden for that line.

Accepting or auto-matching uses the normal posting paths, so the result is the same as doing it by hand:

  • Register line: the line is ticked in the reconciliation.
  • Invoices: a posted bank register line is created with the partner and a manual allocation. This creates and posts the customer or supplier payment that clears the invoices, and the new line is then ticked.
  • Rule: a posted bank register with the rule's account is created. Its journal goes through the journal posting service (gross to bank; net to the account, tax to purchase_tax_receivable or sales_tax_payable if the rule has a tax), and the line is ticked.

Invoice matching runs only for banks in company currency.

Rules (button in the reconciliation dialog) are per company: statement text contains X (plus optional direction, amount range and bank) → GL account, with optional partner, tax and memo. Use them for bank fees, interest and card settlements. Suggest rules only show a suggestion; Post automatically rules count as high confidence.

Universal invoices (/finance/universal-sales-invoices, /finance/universal-purchase-invoices)

FI-style invoices (универзална фактура) — free-text lines with a GL account, no products and no stock. Like SAP FB70 / FB60.

  • Sales (излезна): Dr AR / Cr line accounts (usually revenue) / Cr sales tax payable. Series UVS.
  • Purchase (влезна): rent, utilities, fees — Dr line accounts (expense) / Dr purchase tax receivable / Cr AP. Series UVP. Supplier invoice number is optional header data. No goods receipt.

Expense / revenue types (/finance/universal-invoice-types): per-company master data (seeded for MK). Pick a type on the line → account, tax and cost center fill in (tax is read-only from the type; account can still be overridden). Kinds: expense / revenue, fixed asset (creates a draft FA on post), prepaid (creates a deferral schedule). Non-deductible types feed the CIT (даночен биланс) add-back %. The partner remembers the last type used for a given line description.

VAT uses VAT date. Posted documents appear on open items and on DDV-04. Material purchase/sales invoices stay on Procurement / Sales. The PDF footer barcode is the invoice number; scanning it in Uktupus opens that universal invoice.

On a universal purchase invoice, under the lines, a journal preview shows the supplier, input VAT and expense postings (debit must equal credit).

Payments (/finance/payments)

Customer and supplier payments with explicit allocations to invoices, cash-discount handling and FX differences. Posting: customer → Dr Bank/Cash / Cr AR; supplier → Dr AP / Cr Bank/Cash; differences to fx_gain/fx_loss or cash-discount accounts. Reduces open items.

Payment Runs (/finance/payment-runs) — PRUN

Propose supplier payments by due date/discount, approve, export a bank file (PP30/PP50, pain.001 MK/CH), then post the payments. The person who created a run cannot approve it, and the person who approved it cannot post it. A company can turn this off under Segregation of duties (finance.payment_run_self_post). A run with no creator or last editor is not blocked.

Receivables & payables tools

Collections (/finance/collections)

Per-collector workspace: overdue customers, promises to pay, call notes, next actions.

AR Disputes (/finance/ar-disputes) — ARDS

Cockpit for customer invoice disputes (full or partial, one or more invoices, optional short-pay payment link):

  1. Reason codes (configurable): wrong price, wrong quantity, damaged goods, not delivered, duplicate invoice, already paid, other.
  2. Routing: each reason maps to a team/assignee with due days and escalation; overdue cases escalate automatically.
  3. Statuses: new → investigating → waiting for customer → resolved → closed, with a full timeline (notes, emails, attachments) and links to order, delivery/POD, and invoice.
  4. One-click resolutions: credit note, write-off (within limit), reject (customer must pay), accept return — each posts through normal sales return documents and GL.
  5. Dunning / collections: only the disputed amount is held; undisputed balances continue on reminder runs and the collections workspace.
  6. Customer portal (/portal/disputes): customers open disputes on a specific invoice with comments and see status updates.
  7. Dashboard: open by amount/age, my disputes, overdue, analytics by reason/customer/product/salesperson/driver, average resolution time.

Requires finance.ar_disputes.*. Log out and back in after permissions are seeded.

Promise Ledger (/finance/promise-ledger) — PRM

Company-wide promises (not just collections “promise to pay”): supplier delivery dates, customer shipping commitments, customer payment pledges, and internal deadlines. Each entry has an owner, a promised date, optional partner/department, and a linked document label. Statuses: open → at risk (within the warning window) → kept / broken / cancelled. A recurring job (and Check due promises) marks at-risk and broken promises and notifies readers and owners. The Reliability tab scores partners, owners and departments from kept vs broken history so you can see who keeps commitments.

Credit Management (/finance/credit-management)

Customer and group credit limits, insurance cover, blocked sales orders and their release.

Advance Invoices (/finance/advance-invoices) — ADV (MK)

Авансни фактури: VAT on the advance, later settled against the final invoice.

Compensations (/finance/compensations) — CMP

Компензации: offset what a partner owes you against what you owe them. The candidates view lists partners that are both customer and supplier with open items on both sides. Propose → review lines → post clears AR and AP via journal; only the difference stays open.

Network compensations (/finance/network-compensations) — NCO

Cross-company circular netting on the Uktupus Network (not the same-tenant Compensations screen):

  1. Set your company tax ID (Settings / company profile) and opt in on this page.
  2. Discover cycles finds closed debt loops across opted-in companies (A owes B, B owes C, C owes A — matched by partner tax IDs on both books, same currency).
  3. Any participant proposes an offset amount (the min open amount on the cycle).
  4. Every other company approves or rejects. One reject cancels the proposal.
  5. When all approve, each company gets a local posted Compensation (CMP) so AR/AP clear without cash moving between parties.

Requires finance.network_compensations.*. Log out and back in after permissions are seeded so the JWT includes the new keys.

Assignments (/finance/assignments) — ASN (MK)

Цесии: transfer a receivable or payable to another partner, with the journal to move the balance.

Dunning (/finance/dunning) — DUN

Reminder runs for overdue customer invoices with escalating levels, templates and fees.

ИОС confirmations (/finance/open-items-confirmations) — IOS

Year-end усогласување на салда: build a run of open-items statements for all (or selected) customers and suppliers as of a date, email each partner a PDF with a signed confirm/dispute link, and track who confirmed, disputed, had no email, or has not replied. Accountants can also mark replies manually. Partners open /confirm-balance/… without signing in. Needs finance.open_items_confirmations.*.

Material Ledger / actual costing

Material Ledger (/finance/material-ledger)

Multi-valuation, multi-currency actual costing for inventory:

  • Company flag Actual costing, plus optional group currency.
  • Valuations: legal (company currency → primary/STAT ledger), group (group currency → IFRS ledger), profit (company currency → MGMT ledger).
  • Open a fiscal month, Run actual costing (MLR): collect movements/price diffs → single-level actual prices → multilevel BOM rollup → post inventory revaluation per valuation ledger (inventory / inventory_revaluation) → mark prices.
  • Legal valuation updates operational stock layer / average costs; group and profit prices are kept for reporting.
  • Manufacturing → Product costing still has the enable/run controls and links here for the full cockpit.

FX & treasury

FX (/finance/fx)

One screen with tabs for statement, revaluations, exposure, and deals. Old URLs (/finance/fx-statement, /finance/fx-revaluations, /finance/fx-exposure, /finance/fx-deals) redirect to the matching tab.

Statement — Payments and revaluations that hit FX gain/loss accounts.

Revaluations — Revalue open foreign-currency balances at the as-of date's exchange rate and post the unrealized difference to fx_gain / fx_loss:

  • AR / AP: open amount × closing rate vs. open amount × invoice rate. The difference goes against accounts_receivable / accounts_payable.
  • Bank: banks with an account currency (Master data → Banks) different from the company currency. The foreign balance of posted register lines × closing rate is compared with the company-currency amount carried in the register. The difference goes against the bank account.

On foreign-currency banks each register line stores the bank amount and its company-currency value. Enter either one; the other is filled in from the exchange rate on the register date. Statement imports into such a bank take the statement amount as the bank amount.

Posting a revaluation first reverses the previously posted one on the new as-of date and cancels that earlier revaluation, so only one revaluation stays active and the general ledger matches a single run. Two posts for the same company wait on one lock, so they cannot both remain posted.

Exposure — Point-in-time open FX position by currency: open AR/AP, foreign bank balances, and booked FX forwards, marked to spot without creating a revaluation draft. Use before you decide whether to post FXR or hedge.

Deals (FXD) — Thin treasury deal capture for FX forwards: draft → book → settle (or cancel). Booked deals appear on FX Exposure. Settlement (quote currency = company currency) posts realized FX gain/loss against the bank GL account. Optional hedge purpose and counterparty for audit.

Liquidity (/finance/liquidity)

Cash by bank and currency as of a date, plus open AR/AP in company currency for a simple net liquidity desk view (complements Cash Flow Forecast).

Profitability

Profitability (/finance/profitability) — CO-PA

Live margin analysis over universal-journal P&L postings (revenue − expense). Group by up to two dimensions: customer, product, channel, cost/profit center, segment, project, WBS, account, account type, or period. Filter by customer, product, or channel.

Sales invoices carry a sales channel (sales / pos / b2b / portal). When an invoice posts, each product line becomes its own revenue journal line stamped with product + channel (+ partner, cost center, project/WBS). COGS from stock movements is posted per product the same way. POS receipts and sales returns follow the same characteristic stamping.

Historical invoices posted before this behaviour remain header-level (product/channel unassigned) until re-opened and re-posted.

Multi-entity consolidation depth

On Consolidation (/finance/consolidation):

  1. Parallel ledgers — Ensure STAT / IFRS / MGMT. Posted journals write to every ledger with mirror enabled (universal journal filters by primary by default).

  2. Company groups — Ownership % and consolidation method (full, equity, none). Full consolidates 100% then splits NCI. Every member company must be one you belong to with consolidation rights (same rule as IC links).

  3. IC partners + matching — Link counterparty companies you also belong to (optional IC transfer markup % for intercompany stock transfer pricing). Auto-mirror drafts journals in the counterparty ledger only after that link is allowed. Run matching in balance, documents, or both mode: balance matching compares open AR/AP by partner link; document matching pairs open seller SI with buyer PI (code/reference first, then amount). Differences can be accepted, booked as FX, written off (small amounts), or marked disputed. Calculate uses matched rows for auto-eliminations. Intercompany stock transfers (Inventory → Intercompany transfers) ship goods to the buyer company and, on receive, auto-create and post the seller SI + buyer PI against the linked partners — those invoices enter this matching board like any other.

  4. IC netting — Propose a group netting of open SI/PI across linked partners (FIFO to min(AR, AP)). Review the draft lines, then post to clear applied amounts on each entity (Dr AP / Cr AR, no cash) and update invoice amount_paid.

  5. Group close — Run from Close Cockpit (company + group runs). The Consolidation Group close tab shows cockpit progress and deep-links there; IC matching and statement assembly stay on the matching / runs tabs.

  6. Runs — Choose current rate (CTA plug) or temporal translation, calculate group P&L/BS with NCI income/equity and CTA totals, then finalize.

Requires finance.consolidation.* permissions.

Filing on VAT returns stores the figures at that moment. The return screen keeps that snapshot and shows the live figure beside it when they differ. A filed period rejects a sales invoice, POS receipt, or manual journal that hits a VAT account when the document date is inside the period. Purchase invoices and purchase or sales credit notes / storno / debit notes use VAT date (the tax point), which defaults to the document date. On DDV-04, posted sales and purchase returns reduce (credit/storno) or increase (debit note) the same boxes in the VAT-date period. A late supplier invoice can keep its document date and set the VAT date in an open period. On a North Macedonia company, a sales or purchase line with no tax code from the product, partner, or document type gets the domestic 18% code. An exempt or 0% line needs an explicit exempt tax code. Posting is blocked while a line still has no tax code. Reverse charge (foreign services / Art. 32-a recipient): the supplier is owed the net only; posting debits input VAT and credits output VAT for the same amount so AP and DDV-04 boxes stay aligned. A correction is a new full return for that period. The mark comes from the country pack (Исправка on DDV-04, Korrektur on MWST, Amended on US sales tax). The original stays filed and the period stays locked — reopen always rejects. Box 30 is a signed adjustment with a reason. A credit carries forward unless the refund mark before box 31 is ticked; box 32 is an assignment of part of that credit. Advance invoices use invoice date and are blocked by the same VAT lock. The lock is scoped to the form for the company pack (a filed US return does not lock MK DDV posting). Art. 41-b annexes list B2B supplies and purchases with a partner tax ID. The pre-registration stock list uses current on-hand when the VAT registration date in UJP settings falls in the period — confirm quantities before filing. UJP and US e-file transmit are unchanged. Albania and Germany VAT filings are not available yet.
